They are also entitled to user training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But if you want to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>borrow material at home,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access electronic information resources remotely,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order materials via interlibrary loan,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>get ready-made thematic information queries,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use the library's reading areas,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">join our library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can arrange to enrol or renew your membership from Monday to Friday\u00a0<strong>from 8.00 to 21.00\u00a0<\/strong>and on Saturday\u00a0<strong>from 9.00 to 17.00\u00a0<\/strong>at the car rental desk. For more information about enrolment, please call 01 2003 400 or e-mail\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si\">izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si<\/a>. The amount of the registration fee is set out in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www1.ctk.uni-lj.si\/osnovni-podatki\/cenik\/cenik.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the current price list for CTK services<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To enrol you need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a valid identity document containing your permanent residence (<strong>all members<\/strong>),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enrolment certificate\/student card (<strong>Students<\/strong>&nbsp;- Students of the University of Ljubljana pay a registration fee for all University of Ljubljana libraries once a year upon enrolment at their home faculty. Therefore, they do not have to pay the registration fee for the CTK, but they have to complete the so-called registration of record),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>student card (<strong>Students<\/strong>),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pensioner card (<strong>Pensioners<\/strong>),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a certificate from the Social Employment Agency (ZRSZ) not older than 30 days\/proof of entitlement to cash social assistance (<strong>unemployed<\/strong>),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proof of employment at UL (<strong>UL employees<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of minors under the age of 16, the declaration of adherence must be completed and signed by the parents or legal guardians, thereby assuming responsibility for compliance with the provisions of the Regulations on the General Terms and Conditions of the CTK. In special cases (remote location of the parents' residence), the minor shall sign the declaration of adherence on the electronic enrolment form himself\/herself, and the parents shall additionally sign a printed declaration of acceptance of responsibility (Annex) for compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you enrol, you will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sign a declaration of adherence, confirming that you are aware of the CTK General Terms and Conditions of Business and that you undertake to comply with its provisions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>set a password to use the web interface&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/plus.si.cobiss.net\/opac7\/user\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>My profile<\/em><\/a>, which allows you to order, reserve or renew materials in the online environment of COBISS\/OPAC, order materials through interlibrary loan, as well as use internet services in reading rooms, access electronic resources remotely or use some other services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receive a CTK card.&nbsp;<strong>(CTK membership card is not transferable.)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership may also be terminated early or consent to the processing of data collected by the Library on the basis of personal consent may be withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the physical enrolment at the library, we now also offer enrolment in the library for users who are \"University of Ljubljana students\" and \"employees\".&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctk.uni-lj.si\/en\/spletni-vpis\/\">online enrolment<\/a>. If you are not an employee or student at UL, please contact&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si\">izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Home rental<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find information about the material (books, journals, etc.) in the electronic Catalogue of CTK Materials, which is part of the COBISS.SI system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CTK's printed material is distributed in the free access area, where it can be accessed directly, and in the warehouse, from where it must be ordered. Information on where the material is located can be found in&nbsp;<em>Catalogue of CTK material<\/em>&nbsp;in the record for the material under&nbsp;<em>Information about the copy&nbsp;<\/em>(signature, location, inventory number). In the part of the record&nbsp;<em>Copy status<\/em>&nbsp;you can see whether the selected item is available for lending or has already been lent and until when.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When ordering material for home delivery (by email or phone), it is important that you specify i<strong>nventory number<\/strong>. You can also contact them to find information about the material, for simple enquiries or any other questions you may have. For more complex information queries, they will refer you to information specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the material is in storage, order it from a member of staff at the borrowing desk.&nbsp;<strong>Deliveries from the warehouse are made every full hour, by special arrangement for larger orders.&nbsp;<\/strong>You can borrow material from the warehouse until 20:00 on weekdays and until 13:00 during summer opening hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Saturdays, material can only be borrowed from the warehouse by prior arrangement until 18:00 on Fridays. You can order material from the warehouse on 01 2003 408 from Monday to Friday until 14:00. You can also order by e-mail:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si\">izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si<\/a>; you can also order using the system&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/plus.si.cobiss.net\/opac7\/user\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">My profile<\/a>&nbsp;(users who have not yet registered can only do so by phone and email).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Borrowing period<\/strong>&nbsp;14 days for printed material (books and magazines).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The loan period can be&nbsp;<strong>to be extended<\/strong>&nbsp;three times. After this period, the member must physically bring the material to the library and (if it is not reserved) may borrow it again for 14 days and then renew it three times. If a member fails to renew on time, he\/she will be liable to pay a late fee for the period between the expiry date of the loan and the renewal date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For highly sought-after library materials, the library staff may shorten the loan period. The shorter borrowing period is also indicated to the member in writing on the list of borrowed materials, which is given to the member at the time of borrowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The extension is not automatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A member may extend the loan period (at least one day before the loan period expires):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in person at the library (by library staff during borrowing hours or via a book machine during other opening hours),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by calling 01 2003 400, 01 2003 401 or 01 2003 448 (library staff during borrowing hours),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>via the web interface&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/plus.si.cobiss.net\/opac7\/user\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">My COBISS\/OPAC profile&nbsp;<\/a>or via&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/m.cobiss.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mCobiss-a<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by email:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si\">izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u200b<\/strong>The material cannot be extended:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>if reserved;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the borrowing period has already been exceeded or if the number of possible renewals has already been reached (in person, by telephone or by e-mail);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the material has a special status (shorter loan period) or if there are outstanding financial obligations on the user's record that exceed \u20ac10.00 or are more than 30 days old, regardless of the amount;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when the user's membership expires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can order, reserve or renew:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>personally;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on the phone: <strong>tel. 01 2003 408<\/strong> - ordering material from the warehouse up to 10 minutes before the full hour, can be picked up at the full hour, <strong>tel.<\/strong> <strong>01 2003 400, or 200 448 <\/strong>- ordering material from free access, extending the loan period or reserving material;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by email:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si\">izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>via the My Forum web interface in COBISS\/OPAC - to use My Library you need a COBISS\/OPAC password, which you get when you sign in to the library.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V prostorih knji\u017enice lahko uporabniki CTK brezpla\u010dno uporabljajo knji\u017eni\u010dno gradivo v \u010ditalnicah CTK, dobijo osnovne informacije o knji\u017eni\u010dnem gradivu in o informacijskih virih ter zaprosijo za enostavne poizvedbe.
