In his research and teaching, he focuses in particular on intellectual property law, information society law, and the legal challenges posed by information technology and artificial intelligence. Between 2020 and 2022, he was a member of the working group on data governance at the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI). In her teaching and research work, she focuses primarily on administrative law, public procurement, concessions and public-private partnerships. She actively participates in domestic and international professional and academic conferences, and has also lectured at universities abroad, including Masaryk University in Brno. She is the founder and coordinator of the Legal Clinic on Public Procurement, Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships. Her research focuses primarily on civil law, consumer protection law, information society law, and the legal aspects of artificial intelligence and digital regulation. She participates in several domestic and international research projects in the fields of open data, digital regulation and artificial intelligence.
