Public auction for the sale of immovable property

CTK announces a public auction for the sale of the property cadastral municipality 1739 Zgornja Šiška building 777 part of building 5, owned by the Republic of Slovenia in its entirety and managed by the Central Technical Library of the University of Ljubljana.

The immovable property in kind consists of a two-bedroom apartment No 17 in a multi-apartment building at 10 Adamičeva ulica, Ljubljana, the net floor area of part of the building according to GURS data is 59.3 m2.
