It is very important for Slovenian researchers to have a properly developed bibliography in the Research Information System in Slovenia. SICRISas this is the basis for evaluating research work.
CTK provides the service "Preparation and entry of bibliographic units into the COBISS system" according to CTK Price List - item 3.2.2. For companies and other institutions, we provide this service on the basis of an annual order, and for private individuals, on the basis of a personal order.
For each item, the subscriber completes the COBISS Bibliography Entry Cover Sheet form used in CTK (you can download the form here). Enter only the information relevant to the publication. This makes the entry process much more efficient and faster.
To enter a bibliographic record in COBISS, authors must provide the primary material in physical or electronic form. In the case of processing a single part of a publication (e.g. a book chapter or a lecture published in proceedings), both documents (the child and the parent source) must be entered. Authors must also propose a typology for each contribution, taking into account, among other things, the following provisions DOCUMENT/WORK TYPOLOGIES FOR MANAGING BIBLIOGRAPHIES IN COBISS.

CTK is also the provider of the activities of the Central Specialised Information Centre for the Scientific Field of Technology (OSIC-T). According to the methodology adopted by the Public Agency for Research Activities of the Republic of Slovenia (ARIS), OSICT monitors and controls, among other things, the appropriateness of the classification of bibliographic units of researchers according to the valid typology of documents/works for the management of bibliographies in the COBISS.SI system, and also carries out other tasks related to scientific production in the field of technology. Digital Repository of Research Organisations of Slovenia (DiRROS)
The Digital Repository of Research Organisations of Slovenia (DiRROS) is a single entry point for access to electronic forms of scientific and professional works, reports, research data and other materials produced by research organisations or by independent researchers and artists who do not have the possibility of publishing (archiving) and preserving electronic resources.
DiRROS offers a service for publishing and storing various electronic documents free of charge. Instruction compatibility OpenAIRE ensure the sharing of content with other repositories and compliance with the European Commission's provisions on the open accessibility of peer-reviewed scientific publications and research data resulting from publicly funded projects under the Framework Programmes FP7 and Horizon 2020as well as the requirements of the Slovenian national strategy, institutional policies and funders.
In the process of submitting to the repository, it is possible to trigger a content similarity (plagiarism) detection for each work, covering all documents in the National Open Science Portal.
Metadata on Masters and PhD theses will also be included in the DART-Europe, the European portal for final theses.
The involvement of a research organisation or individual in DiRROS is based on a mutual agreement or contract. By agreement, the management of researchers' bibliographies in COBISS.SI can be carried out by CTK, the service is charged by the at the current price list.
