Can a person under 16 join the library?

In the case of minors under the age of 16, the declaration of adherence must be completed and signed by the parents or legal guardians, thereby assuming responsibility for compliance with the provisions of the Regulations on the General Terms and Conditions of the CTK. In special cases (remote location of the parents' residence), the minor shall sign the declaration of adherence on the electronic enrolment form himself/herself, and the parents shall additionally sign a printed declaration of acceptance of responsibility.
