Due to the demand for the possibility of borrowing printed materials during the closure of the library due to the coronavirus epidemic, the Central Technical Library of the University of Ljubljana has decided to offer our members the possibility of ordering a small amount of materials (up to 5 items), which they urgently need to perform their studies.
The material will be sent to you by post (registered post) and delivered to your home mailbox (unsigned) or, if your home mailbox is not big enough, you will receive a note to collect it from the post office.
The shipping costs are charged to the member and can be paid when you first visit the library. If it's easier for you, we can also invoice you and you can pay the amount through your online bank. The shipping costs will be the same for everyone - EUR 3.00 incl. VAT per package.
Orders will be collected daily until 12 noon and will be dispatched the same day.
THE PROCEDURE FOR BORROWING MATERIAL:
1. V online catalogue (https://plus.cobiss.si/opac7/bib/search?db=ctk), check the availability of the material.
2. On izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si send your order with the following requested information:
- Name and surname of the member
- Mailing address (street address, house number, post code, post office)
- Member's card number
- Member's email address
- Member's telephone number
- Information about the material (inventory number of the book, title, author, publisher, year of publication)
