The Central Technical Library of the University of Ljubljana is following with concern the developments in Ukraine and expresses our solidarity with the Ukrainian people.
In this situation, when words may be superfluous and only actions count, we would like to offer displaced people from Ukraine a FREE ADMISSION at our library.
You DO NOT need a guarantee from a Slovenian adult guarantor or a guarantee from a Slovenian institution with a public deed to enrol!
The library welcomes anyone who wants or needs access to information resources.
We will make them feel welcome and safe.

The Central Technical Library of the University of Ljubljana is concerned about the events in Ukraine and expresses its gratitude to the Ukrainian people.
In this situation, when words seem to have no meaning and only action, we want to offer FREE MEMBERSHIP in our Bible to the immigrants from Ukraine.
In order to be eligible for stateless membership, Ukrainian migrants do NOT need a guarantee from an adult Slovene or an official Slovene institution authorized to issue such guarantees.
The Library is open to anyone who wishes or requires access to information resources.
We make sure that you feel welcome and safe with us.
