Due to the current epidemiological situation in Slovenia, the Central Technical Library of the University of Ljubljana has decided to to our members re-enable the order small quantities of materials (up to 5 items) that are essential for the performance of their studies.
We will provide you with sent by post (registered). Post Slovenije will deliver it to your home mailbox (without a signature), but if it's not big enough, you'll receive a notification to pick it up at the post office.
Students will not be charged shipping costs. We support the proposal of the College of the Rector of the University of Ljubljana, which proposes that the members of the University of Ljubljana bear the costs of sending library materials to students by post during the period of restricted inter-regional and inter-municipal movement due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
Shipping costs also we will not charge other members of our library.
Orders will be collected daily until 12 noon and will be shipped the same day.
THE PROCEDURE FOR BORROWING MATERIAL:
- V online catalogue (https://plus.cobiss.si/opac7/bib/search?db=ctk), check the availability of the material.
- At izposoja@ctk.uni-lj.si send your order with the following requested information:
- Name and surname of the member
- Mailing address (street address, house number, post code, post office)
- Member's card number
- Member's email address
- Member's telephone number
- Information about the material (inventory number of the book, title, author, publisher, year of publication)
