Terms of use of the workshop

Users of the premises (hereinafter referred to as "users") of the Creation Room in the Central Technical Library (hereinafter referred to as "CTK") are obliged to respect and observe the terms and conditions of use of the CTK Creation Room.

1. Users may only use the CTK Creative Workshop premises, equipment and facilities in such a way that they do not disturb or endanger other users and CTK Creative Workshop staff. Use of the premises and equipment is restricted to CTK members only.
2. The user can only use the equipment independently after training.
3. The following practices are not allowed in the CTK Creation Room:

• Entering and remaining on the premises of the Creative Workshop while drunk or under the influence of illegal substances,
• use of illegal substances,
• smoking,
• alcohol consumption,
• deliberately damaging or destroying equipment, tools and space,
• entering employees' work areas and using their equipment,
• changing the settings of computer workstations,
• photographing or filming persons present on the premises of the Workshop without their consent,
• arbitrary removal of equipment and theft from the Creative Workshop premises.

3. In the event of a fire alarm or other danger, users are obliged to leave the CTK Creative Workshop (library) quickly and calmly, following the appropriate signs in the library premises and the instructions of the security service or authorised library staff.
4. General provisions

Users and visitors are obliged to:

• contribute to the safety of participants,
• act in accordance with the objectives and programmes of the CTK Creative Workshop,
• contribute to the tidiness, cleanliness, discipline and well-being of the Creative Space,
• contribute to the prevention of harm.

5. These terms of use apply to the entire CTK Creative Space. All users and visitors of the CTK Creative Space must comply with these Terms of Use.
6. The opening hours and opening times of the CTK Creative Workshop are published on the website.
7. Use of the CTK Creation Room:

The CTK Creativity Room is designed for:

• for individual use for educational activities,
• group use in the form of creative and educational workshops,
• other forms of educational activities

8. Safety measures:

CTK staff continuously monitor the CTK premises and warn of potential hazards. Any damage to the equipment or the CTK Creative Workshop premises shall be reported immediately to the staff. Damage caused intentionally shall be the responsibility of the persons responsible and shall be compensated for.

9. The following measures are taken to ensure the security of the CTK Creation Space and its occupants:

• comply with the terms of use and rules of the Creative Commons,
• prohibition of the use of unauthorised devices and appliances,
• use of protective and safety equipment at work,
• following the instructions in the fire safety rules,
• providing preventive health protection,
• taking appropriate action in the event of user injuries.

10 . Maintaining order and cleanliness:

• Users and visitors of the CTK Creative Workshop are responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness.
• Every user of the CTK Creative Space must be familiar with the CTK Creative Space's terms of use, safe working instructions and rules of conduct.
• The text of the CTK Creative Commons Terms of Use is available in a prominent place in the Creative Commons and is published on the Creative Commons website.
