On the 2nd floor of the CTK, there is a larger, fully equipped conference room, which the CTK provides free of charge.
The conference room is intended exclusively for associations, institutions, non-profit organisations and similar interested groups which are active and contribute to social development in the fields of sport, culture, social and health care, youth, the environment and related areas of life and wish to use the room for meetings, gatherings, workshops, lectures, individual or group work and other peaceful activities which are lawful and compatible with the intended use of the room.
Some general information:
- The conference room is available between 08:00 and 22:00.
- The maximum number of persons is 30.
- The conference room has tables, chairs, cabinets, a lectern, TV, computer, Wi-Fi, cameras and podcast recording equipment.
