We are publishing a template Communications Activities Implementation Plan (NIKA), which was developed on the basis of the ARIS public call for proposals for the (co-)funding of research projects. The template was commissioned by the Central Technical Library of the University of Ljubljana as part of its activities Open libraries Prepared by science communicators Zarja Muršič and Sašo Dolenc.
The implementation of communication activities is included as a requirement under point 14 Call for proposals for the (co-)funding of research projects for 2025. The communication plan must be submitted within the prescribed deadline, no later than six months after the start of the approved project. The published document is a template for drawing up a Communication Activities Implementation Plan (NIKA). It contains a mandatory structure with sections, sample texts and practical advice on science communication.
The template provides a structured framework for drawing up the plan and has been agreed with ARIS; however, it does not constitute an official form for submitting the document.
