Exhibitions at CTK
Exhibitions at the Central Technical Library (CTK) are an important part of our cultural and educational programme. They present a wide range of topics to the public, from science and technology to art and culture. Our aim is to encourage innovative ideas, creativity and new perspectives that inspire visitors to think.
The exhibitions at the CTC cover a wide range of topics and are aimed at students, researchers, professionals, artists and the general public. They often include multimedia content, interactive elements and a variety of events to provide an immersive experience.

Would you like to exhibit at CTK?
The organisation of exhibitions at the CTK is open to anyone who wishes to share their projects, artworks or research with the general public. The application process is simple as we want to encourage creativity and collaboration.
To register for an exhibition, please send an email to miha.knez@ctk.uni-lj.si, giving the title, a brief description, the expected date and the technical requirements of the exhibition. Once approved, we will work with the CTK team to develop an implementation plan, including technical set-up, social media promotion and any side events that fit with the exhibition concept.
How are exhibitions organised?
At CTK, we strive to ensure that all our exhibitions are of high quality, both in terms of content and technical execution. The organisation of an exhibition follows the following steps:
Working with our team:
Once your exhibition is confirmed, we start planning all the details together. Our team will work with you to choose the space and technical equipment you need to present your work successfully.
Setting up the exhibition:
Our team will help you set up your exhibition. We have a variety of exhibition aids such as display cases, stands and interactive displays to make your content as presentable and accessible as possible to visitors.
Promotion of the exhibition:
We promote your exhibition through our website, social media and email notifications. If necessary, we can also produce printed materials such as flyers and posters to distribute to visitors. We would also be delighted if you would share information about the exhibition on your own channels.
Additional events and activities:
In addition to the exhibition, we can organise side events such as guided tours, panel discussions or workshops. This is a great opportunity to present your work in more detail and allow visitors to actively participate. Such events help to better connect with visitors and deepen the subject matter of the exhibition.
